About

Autist  ·  Artist  ·  Advocate

I’m an #ActuallyAutistic neurodiversity consultant, educator, artist, writer, and librarian. After receiving a very-late-in-life diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Dyslexia at age 51, I founded this consultancy to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and build true inclusion for neurodivergent and other invisibly disabled people — through authenticity, vulnerability, and humour. My work explores moving beyond neurodiversity awareness towards meaningful action — creating virtual spaces where all people are believed, respected, and able to thrive as their full, unique selves.

As a dual Canadian-American citizen, I bring direct knowledge of both countries’ education systems, legislation, and workplace cultures, allowing me to work effectively with organizations across Canada and the United States.

I bring lived experience that no credential can replicate, combined with deep expertise in research, facilitation, and organizational development. Every workshop, keynote, and consulting engagement is shaped by the inside perspective of someone who truly lives this work.
